Sue joined my program and at first she was very guarded and resistant to letting me in, for fear of being judged. Over several weeks, Sue realised that there was no judgement, that what she had gone through was life trying to give her the tools to embrace who she truly was. I listened and guided, which allowed Sue to develop her own awareness and build a deeper understanding of herself and how she could interact with others.
Client Story - Sue
The Challenge
Sue suffered from an eating disorder, she felt damaged by life, that she was like a lost soul that had no purpose, no direction, no love to give, let alone receive. Sue had experienced so much suffering, that she felt like an empty vessel which had been set adrift and there was very little chance of finding anyone who could help her to navigate her way back home.
